Mr. Dubas has over 37 years experience in petroleum industry, construction
management and maintenance.
He joined Mobil Oil Corporation, Valley Forge, PA in 1971 as a
project engineer responsible for the design and construction of new service
stations. In 1975, Mr. Dubas, as the Eastern Region Engineering
Center Staff Services Manager oversaw maintenance and construction administration
of service stations, bulk plants, for a region spanning through Florida. In 1980, as Field Engineering Manager for
project design and construction , Mr. Dubas was top nationwide
performer and helped develop the first complete modular service station
building.
